At Cup Katha, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the consumable nature of our tea and coffee products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:
- Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Returns are accepted within 48 Hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or expired products only.
- To request a return, email [email protected] with order details and a photo of the issue.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Minor packaging differences
- Products used or opened
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
